Dredger TSHD Prins Der Nederlanden has arrived today and will start tomorrow at Hulhumale phase 3 together with dredger TSHD Oranji which is currently in operation at Hulhumale phase 3.
Meanwhile, bund wall works at Giraavaru will start as soon as EIA and other formalities are completed.
Hulhumale phase 3 is expected be completed by end of next month after which both dredgers will be deployed in Giraavaru to complete Giraavaru in 2 to 3 months.

މިސްކިތްތަކާއި އިސްލާމީ މަރުކަޒުތައް ސަރުކާރުން ބިނާކުރުމުގެ މަޤުޞަދަކީ ރާއްޖޭގެ ކަންކޮޅުތަކުގައި އިސްލާމީ އެެއްބައިވަންތަކަން ޤާއިމުކޮށް އިސްލާމީ ހިދާޔަތާއި ނޫރާއި ސަގާފަތު ފެތުރުން. އަޅުގަނޑުގެ ދުޢާއަކީ މާތް ﷲ އަޅުގަނޑުމެންނަށް ތައުފީޤު ދެއްވުން. އާމީން.

The extreme weather devastating Southeast Asia is a tragic reminder of the escalating impacts of climate change. The Maldives mourns the loss of lives and the destruction across Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

We are also extremely saddened by the tragic fire in Hong Kong that has claimed many lives. On behalf of the people of the Maldives, I extend heartfelt condolences to His Excellency President Xi Jinping, the Government, and the families of the victims.

We stand in solidarity with all affected, and commend the bravery of the rescue teams.
