I am saying this as a United fan: saying Yamal has peaked higher than Salah is the most disrespectful football take on this app. I refuse to glaze Liverpool, but the disrespect to Salah’s legacy needs to be studied.
They both play right wing. Salah literally dropped 32 league goals in a single season and won three Premier League Golden Boots. Yamal hasn’t even sniffed La Liga’s Pichichi, which is objectively a much easier league to farm numbers in. If prime Salah played his career in Spain, his stats would be completely alien.
Let's also not forget Salah would legitimately be a 3 or 4-time Premier League winner right now if Man City weren’t running a financially doped cartel. Yamal’s future is bright but for now stop comparing a teenager with a good summer to a generational, all-time great.
