Hey @bmw - why isn't it the default setting to have Sync turned ON in climate control when you start the car? Why do I have to go into the menu to sync the temp when I'm driving?
Doesn't it make more sense to have sync as default, and passenger can change if they want that side

Hi @Ally . Your call center is broken. IVR says estimated wait time is 7 min, but that was 26 min ago. This after being on hold over an hour yesterday and after being hung up on when your IVR said "no one is available to take your call". Not pleasant.

Hey @Delta your app has been a serious hindrance to my upcoming travel for tomorrow. Weeks ago I couldn't book through your mobile app, and now at check in it won't let me pay for my bag. Your customer experience leaves something to be desired...
