The @CronosNetwork halted yesterday via validator consensus to protect users following the Tectonic exploit.

This was deemed necessary as it protected users from being exposed to this exploit.

The chain is back online, services will resume here shortly. Post mortem to follow.

There has been a security breach on a Cronos lending protocol Tectonic. Cronos team is investigating, with assistance from https://t.co/dwRH3YcIjT security team.

https://t.co/dwRH3YcIjT app and exchange were not affected and are operating as usual. All funds are safe.

I will provide updates as we learn more about the Tectonic incident and a thorough postmortem will follow.
