capsule machine for graded trading cards. capsules costs exactly what the rack is worth, no house edge. odds are public, every draw is verified on-chain
We built exactly this.
$KUJI is a capsule machine for graded trading cards on Solana, and it takes zero house edge.
Here is how it works.
Kuji bot watches every listing on Collector Crypt and prices each card against live comps for the same card in the same grade. When something is genuinely under market, it buys it instantly with earned creator rewards. It runs with guardrails: a cap per card, a cap per sweep, and any edge that looks too good to be true gets flagged for a human instead of bought, because a thin comp group with two moonshot asks is exactly how you talk yourself into overpaying.
The counter takes nothing. Sniped cards go into a rack of capsules. A capsule costs exactly what the rack is worth: value still in the rack, divided by capsules still in the rack. Pull the chase and the price drops for everyone after you, live, on the sign.
That floating price is not a gimmick, it is the only way this works. With a fixed price and a public rack, you would simply wait for the good moments and skip the bad ones, and at zero edge the house pays for that. Floating it makes every capsule a fair bet at the second you buy it. No good time to play, no bad time to play.
Fractional and tradable. Bigger cards split into tickets at exactly comp divided by N, fill or refund. Tickets trade freely until the draw, so the last trade times the ticket count is a live market price on a card sitting in a vault. That is the idled TCG liquidity problem: the card gets priced and traded before anyone wins it.
Provably fair. Every raffle commits to a FUTURE Solana blockhash before a single ticket exists. Nobody can grind seeds against a block that does not exist yet, us included. Capsule pulls mix your own transaction signature with the blockhash of the slot that confirmed it, so neither side controls the draw. Recompute any result yourself from published data.
Holders eat too. 50% of creator rewards and half of realized profits from the sniping funds free raffles, weighted by token balance. Holding $KUJI is the ticket.
Odds are public. Verify everything on-chain.

i think someone should build @FWAssets for fractional TCG trading & gatcha experiences on @solana.
too much TCG liquidity is idled and this fixes it!
i would take it into high consideration for the @blknoiz06 AnsemHack Clawrena.

Let's KUJI
Majority voted for fewer raffles with better cards. Here is how we can get both
The poll was clear: more high end cards, even if that means fewer raffles. The problem is what that does to the pace. Better cards cost more, so the treasury has to build up between them, and building up means quiet days. Nobody wants to stare at an empty shelf waiting for a Charizard.
So here is the fix. While the treasury accumulates for the next big card, we give away fractions of it to holders, free.
How it works. A big card gets split into tickets, same as always. Between the big raffles, KUJI runs free draws where the prize is not the card, it is seats in that card's raffle. Holding the token is your entry. No purchase, no entry fee, weighted by your share of supply.
Those seats are bought at face value up front and held for the winner, so the raffle stays fully funded. You are not getting a discount that someone else pays for. Nobody's odds are diluted.
What you can actually do with a ticket you win.
Hold it, and you have a real shot at the whole card. A ticket in an 18-seat raffle is a 1-in-18 chance at the entire thing, and you paid nothing for it.
Or sell it. Tickets trade freely until the draw, so if you would rather take the cash than the chance, list it on the ticket market at whatever price you want. Somebody who wants better odds on that card buys it from you.
Or if the raffle never fills, fill-or-refund means the seat pays out its face value. A free ticket cannot go to zero.
Why this makes the cards better, not just the schedule busier. Every free draw runs while the treasury is still growing. The machine is not spending on a mid card just to have something on the shelf. It waits, snipes something worth waiting for, and the gap gets filled with free chances at that exact card or cheaper ones instead of a constant fillers.
Better cards, but something still happening the whole time.
Here is the first one. For holders 1 ticket of 10 maximum for 2022 Pokemon Japanese Sword & Sh raffle
Am I tripping, but I promise to god that I saw reply here from you @ConejoCapital that if anyone builds this you might even have some additional ideas for it?
I'm not sure anymore was it yours or was it someone elses post. Anyways ideas are welcome if you have any. We have our basic structures ready and running already.
Open $KUJI Capsules
- 0 house edge
- Provably fair
How can we do it?
Our bot snipes miss priced cards from the market. House makes the difference there, so we can have 0 edge on our raffles and capsules
