ทางผู้จัดงานให้ความสำคัญกับการกระจายบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงให้แก่แฟนอย่างเป็นธรรม จึงได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบรายการสั่งซื้อที่อาจไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร เพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์ของผู้ซื้อบัตรที่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขอย่างถูกต้อง

สำหรับรายการสั่งซื้อที่พบว่าข้อมูลบนบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข เช่น บัตรชมการแสดงมีชื่อเจ้าของบัตรซ้ำมากกว่า 1 ใบ หรือกรอกข้อมูลชื่อ นามสกุล ตกหล่น รวมไปถึงบัตรที่เข้าข่ายผิดเงื่อนไขอื่น เจ้าหน้าที่ไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์จะติดต่อผู้ซื้อโดยตรงเพื่อดำเนินการยืนยันตัวตน (สามารถสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่ไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์)

หากผู้ซื้อไม่ดำเนินการยืนยันตัวตนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางผู้จัดงานจะถือว่าบัตรดังกล่าวไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า พร้อมดำเนินการคืนเงินตามลำดับ

- บัตรที่ถูกยกเลิกจะถูกนำกลับเข้าสู่ระบบของไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์เพื่อเปิดจำหน่ายใหม่ตามขั้นตอนที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด โดยจะประกาศวันจำหน่ายบัตรให้ทราบอีกครั้งผ่านทางโซเชียลมีเดียของ Live Nation Tero

Announcement: Ticket Verification Process — BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BANGKOK

The Promoter is committed to ensuring that tickets are distributed fairly to genuine fans. In order to uphold the rights of customers who have purchased tickets in full compliance with the ticketing terms and conditions, the Promoter will be conducting a formal review of orders that may be in breach of the ticket purchase requirements.

Orders identified as non-compliant - including but not limited to multiple tickets registered under the same ticket holder's name, incomplete or missing first and/or last name information, duplicate names, and tickets flagged under suspicious or potentially fraudulent conditions - will be subject to identity verification. ThaiTicketMajor representatives will contact the relevant purchasers directly to initiate and complete this process.

Purchasers who fail to complete the verification process within the specified period will have their order(s) deemed non-compliant with the ticketing terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the affected ticket(s) without prior notice and to proceed with the refund process accordingly.

Please be advised of the following:
• Refunds will be issued at face value only. Service fees, transaction fees, and any other applicable charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• As per the show's terms and conditions, ticket holder names cannot be amended or transferred under any circumstances.
• Cancelled tickets will be returned to the ThaiTicketMajor system and made available for resale in accordance with the Promoter's established procedures.

'there isnt much material for promotion'

I fear there is TOO MUCH material that a lot of armys here are overlooking. we have a lot to amplify to really give ARIRANG a successful 'narrative' year:

- rolling stone solo and group, zane lowe interviews, short clips need to go viral where the boys are speaking ab their journey with the album & hiatus.

- clips from the netflix docu of the camp, producers diplo, jpegmafia & songwriters talking ab working with bts going in circles every week

- share serious music reviews: use praise from major outlets like RS or NME to show that ARIRANG is a critically acclaimed masterpiece (which, it is and it's left a mark on these critics for a reason)

- focus on lyrical depth: ARIRANG tackles the emotional realities of fame, identity, and personal growth. yk what it is, ik what it is; so now let everyone else know what it is.

- engage in conversations. focus on 'why' than 'this deserves it bc I like them.' thats not engaging enough. you are calling for hate. enter every single conversation. upvote every positive or critical analysis of the album.
