I’m currently reviewing my case with MEXC, and it’s becoming increasingly concerning.
Not only is this matter now relevant for FinCEN’s whistleblower program, but the Hong Kong SFC has publicly listed MEXC as a suspicious virtual asset trading platform. @cecilia_hsueh

No owner, no CEO, no real HQ, they stated in their User Agreement that they use HKIAC arbitration while SFC has labeled them as suspicious, they have PoR which they claim to use to refund/compensate fast in cases without long time to wait.
