🌱2 tbsp coriander seeds
🧄 4 garlic cloves, chopped
🫒 Olive oil (enough to fully cover the ingredients)

Instructions:

1. Add coriander, coriander seeds, and chopped garlic to a clean glass jar.
2. Pour olive oil over the ingredients until fully submerged.
3.Seal the jar with a lid and place it in a pot of water.
4.Bring the water to a gentle boil and let the jar simmer for 2-4 hours to infuse. (Longer the more potent)
5.Carefully remove the jar and let it cool.
6.Strain the oil and store it in a clean glass bottle.

How to Use: Take 1 tsp daily or drizzle over salads, soups, or veggies for a natural detox boost!
