@UPRERAofficial Promotors of The Vasundhara Grand has taken UPRERA & their resident for granted by not providing the stated facilities apart from OC/CC. Their tripartite maintenance agreement is not signed but collected maintenance charges abruptly without providing the receipt.

@UPRERAofficial UPRERA officials are requested to visit the site before declaring it a successful rehabilitation. When essentially things like car parking, OC/CC and other deficiencies are pending. Furthermore see the quality of work. There no mechanism for redressal of maintenance issues
