Not the best start to a holiday. no structure to flight times ensuring passengers get through :(

@bhx_official the security queues are shocking. All articles allude to passengers causing delays. The issue is no structured process or clarity on where the security queue starts/ends.
Arrived 2.5 hours before gate was due to close but only got through security on final gate call

@BandQ hi I’ve managed to lose my paper receipt for a purchase made in April. Is there a way I can get a copy of the receipt? Without it the product warranty is invalid.
I can see the transaction through my online bank but that won’t support the warranty

@UPS I am awaiting a delivery but it’s not easy to contact yourselves to get an update. It’s frustrating as I ordered with plenty of time for a bday gift for someone. But the tracking doesn’t provide any update. Which is disappointing.
