Earlier I was booked so many Tatkal ticket using my login ID but from last 2 months this is happens all the time
I think your irctc is doing something big with the help of scammers so please do something.….more
While I personally may not be experiencing these issues, it's deeply troubling to see countless fellow passengers consistently struggling to book tatkal tickets due to website failures. I'm raising this voice on their behalf, advocating for everyone who relies on the rail network and demands that IRCTC upgrade their server capacity immediately to ensure a fair and reliable service for all.
From the last 3 days trying to book tatkal ticket from irctc website. Everytime getting the error "We are experiencing high load." after 4-5 minutes when everything works fine, then the tickets are already wait listed. @RailMinIndia@RailMadad@AshwiniVaishnaw@narendramodi
@HDFCBank_Cares So HDFC card is taking 1 month just to refund my 128 excess credit balance to my account they already raised 3 times case id but still not refunded. That's why I closed their card. Case Reference No.104688949 is still pending for 30 may.
I have directed the Department of Consumer Affairs and CCPA to investigate whether online ticket booking platforms are imposing excessive cancellation charges on consumers, beyond what is charged by airlines or disclosed at the time of booking. Have directed them to check other online ticket booking platforms too.
Such practices undermine transparency and consumer trust and, if found to be unfair or in violation of consumer rights, may amount to Unfair Trade Practices under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. CCPA will take necessary action, including class action measures wherever appropriate, to protect consumer interests and ensure fair treatment of consumers.

The IRCTC website is completely broken.
Every day at 10 AM for tatkal, millions get an error message saying "high load, please retry". When the site finally works at 10:07 AM, all the tickets are sold out.
This definitely reeks of corruption. It was not like this even 2 years ago.

But to sync both address only, user was doing ekyc, No?

@IRCTCofficial Also Update: Coach manager met me and explained there was a shortage in packaging items from Banaras and Assured that this will not be repeated in future journeys. Appreciate the prompt response on board. Please do understand such things hamper the credibility of premium trains

It wud be really Helpful for an end user to know upfront what is going to get in the name of catering charges…instead of getting surprised during the journey…there should be more transparency while booking the ticket…specially on the food
