I sent 7 reminders for taking more than invoice amount scanned copy of payment. reminders and multiple tickets open, still no clarification

Customer focus is pathetic. Waiting for months for response from Ola. My scooter submerged in water while it was in their workshop. Completely damaged but no word from Ola inspite of numerous followups

The service levels right from call centre response to actual service is pathetic. Company seems to keen to sell. Long term not good for client experience

@OlaElectric Multiple promises but till no action, waiting since July 18th. Problem happened at your service station at no fault of mine. Atleast have courtesy to send formal communication

@bhash@OlaElectric Good option as ola customer service level and response is pathetic. Scooters waiting for servicing got submerged in pune in July. Delay in informing and since last 7 weeks no formal communication on next steps. Every I get response will get back soon. 8 weeks. Pathetic
@bhash to get to real heights it is key to sustain and maintain customer satisfaction. I had very bad experience rec3ntly how ola handled scooters which got immersed at your service centre.
