what Saylor did with bitcoin was a very risky thing. it's like "zero or trillion" not only for his company, but also for bitcoin & the whole crypto market.
if Saylor fails then bitcoin will return to square one where trust in bitcoin is only equal to two pans of pizza or less.
even if he had $1 TRILLION in cash, I'm not sure the world's problems would be solved. because in the first place there are not enough resources and energy for everyone.
No, you don't get it.
He does not have $1 trillion sitting in cash, it is 99% stock in his companies.
To make that wealth liquid would mean selling all that stock which would swiftly destroy *both* the companies (Tesla, SpaceX, others) and the wealth. If he sold it all, he'd end up with maybe $100b max, several hundred thousand people would be out of work, the companies ruined and many of their suppliers also ruined.
Okay, but now Elon has $100b in cash, and can "solve the world's problems".
$100b divided by the world's 8 billion people is $12
If you were in charge, several of the most innovative industrial companies in the world would be destroyed, hundreds of thousands out of work, and space would again close to human civilization for another generation.
But everyone on earth could have one nice meal and you could revel in your altruism.
@libertez_baker that's very correct.
actually when developers & users prefer a network that has congestion problems means the problem is not with the network but with funding or something else.
I think Solana's vision of making all crypto assets tradable on the solana network is easier to implement than bringing tokenized metals onchain.
and making other crypto assets tradable on the tezos network would be more useful for the current tezos DeFi ecosystem.
https://t.co/6CsP7IzXGm will eventually engrain itself and $XTZ into the wider EVM liquidity world.
RARE/XTZ pools
Xu308/XTZ pools
Gold/sXTZ pools
Some of these products built by the team, others utilize existing EVM defi.
It's not that I hate tezos. I've been riding XTZ since when it was $3.
that's why I have a lot of disappointments.
While Solana is doing everything to bring onchain liquidity and developers, Tezos is spending a lot of funding on sports clubs & useless events.
@ChaseThatCoin not all, but in terms of tokenizing assets Solana is too far from Tezos which for years has only been touting https://t.co/D4QpgORBl4
stocks, ETFs, metals, and even the majority of the top 100 cryptos are already on Solana.
๐ฅELON SAYS HIS TRILLION DOLLARS COULD BECOME IRRELEVANT
Musk predicts the output of goods and services will far exceed the money supply, creating deflation.
"Money will stop being relevant at some point in the future."
Reporter: โJust as youโre becoming a multi-trillionaire, money starts to have less value.โ
Musk: โYeah, pretty much.โ
that's why most of people are afraid of low float tokens. unlike equities which have strict rules for releasing locked shares to the market, once the supply of crypto tokens with low float is released then the supply will flood the market without any regulations to hinder it.
โ ๏ธALERT: HUMANITY PROTOCOL SUFFERS $31 MILLION EXPLOIT, TOKEN PLUNGES -90%

The Team has urged all users to avoid the bridge and all liquidity pools until safety is confirmed.
