SUNDAY IS FOR CHURCH… BUT LET’S TALK REALITY
Church is good.
Faith is powerful.
God is real. 🙏🏾
But sometimes religion becomes an excuse instead of a foundation for action.
Many people are quick to blame:
⚔️ “The devil”
🧿 “Generational curses”
👻 “Family spirits”
Instead of facing the truth —
we are where we are because of the decisions we make.
Yes, there are spiritual forces.
Yes, prayer works.
But faith without responsibility is not faith — it’s escape.
God gave us free will.
And free will means accountability.
How can we say “God is in control”
but refuse to control what WE can control?
Some people say,
“There’s a curse following me.”
No — sometimes we just repeat the same bad choices our forefathers made.
➡️ They wasted money
➡️ They chased women
➡️ They didn’t build
➡️ They lived carelessly
And today we do the same —
then call it “a curse.”
If you repeat their behaviour,
you repeat their results.
Life will not change until YOU change.
God will not do for you
what He gave you power to do for yourself.
So today, choose:
✅ Responsibility
✅ Discipline
✅ Sound decision-making
✅ Commitment to family
✅ Financial wisdom
✅ Purpose over pleasure
Love your wife.
Build your future.
Save your money.
Pray AND plan.
Faith + Action = Results.
Stop blaming unseen enemies.
Start correcting visible habits. 👊🏾🔥
Never forget:
You are a product of your decisions.
God gave you life —
What you do with it is your gift back to Him.

💰 MONEY IS IN SCALING UP
The journey of an ambitious young man who left the village seeking a turnaround — and discovered one truth:
Growth is not luck.
Scaling is not magic.
Success is a process.
Grateful to God Almighty for the grace to BUILD, SCALE & MULTIPLY. 🙏🏾
MY SCALING JOURNEY
1990–1997 — Foundation Stage
Learning to adapt, think, observe.
Lesson: Before you build, you must BECOME.
1997–2014 — Preparation Stage
Education, discipline, structure, mindset.
Lesson: Preparation is silent but powerful.
2014–2019 — Sales Trainee
Started small, served, learned the game.
Lesson: Never despise small beginnings — mastery starts at the bottom.
2019–2021 — Managing Director (Realtorville Real Estate)
Built systems, culture & processes.
Lesson: Leadership is responsibility, not position.
2021–2022 — Expansion Mindset Activated
Launched Property Development.
Lesson: Once one stream is stable, create another.
2022–2025 — Group CEO Phase
Built and scaled across multiple sectors:
• Realtorville Real Estate
• Realtorville Property Development
• Realtor Fitment Centre
• Blessed Crew Equipment Hire
• Realtor-Ime Security Services
• Urban Cast Concrete
• Realtorville SKILL-UP Academy
• Realtorville Property Zambia
Lesson: Scaling requires systems, people, vision, and faith.
KEY PRINCIPLES OF SCALING UP
✅ Start small, think global
✅ Build systems — don’t rely on hustle
✅ Empower people — empires require teams
✅ Stabilize one stream before multiplying
✅ Stay humble, stay learning
✅ Faith + Discipline + Execution = Growth
Still building. Still learning. Still scaling. 🚀
To anyone chasing growth — start, stay consistent, and trust God’s timing.

A very sad story I’ve encountered in my career…
Parents passed away and left a huge fortune for their five children — all adults over 30.
There were houses, garages, farms, cars, flats — real wealth.
But the eldest started selling some of the assets without informing the others…
Eventually, the rest discovered later — when a lot was already gone.
To make things worse, the eldest went and borrowed against a farm worth over USD $5 million.
They failed to pay back the loan, and the farm was auctioned.
The five siblings then shared what remained and started spending.
One of the children was even assisted to buy several properties — yet within two years, everything was sold and wasted. Nothing left to show!
What I learnt:
As parents, yes invest in your children — but also enjoy your money.
It’s not about what you leave for them, but what you leave in them.
Teach your children to create their own wealth, because some will sell everything you worked for the moment you’re gone.
Parents — don’t deny yourself joy for your children. Build them, guide them — but also live your life.

If we don’t fight drugs and educate our young men, by 2050 there will be no sound leaders.
What can I do to help in my small way?
And what can we, as the corporate world, do together to make a real impact?
Let’s share ideas — it starts with us!.

This photo was taken @AaronKumanja. He has forgotten about it. He was a prayerful guy. We had met the chapel. I used to have common lectures with him. I am sure he did Finance & Banking.
Aaron has been that enterprising guy at college. He did photograph and sold some small items etc. Today Aaron runs close to 5 companies in Zimbabwe including construction and real estate. He has build houses in gated communities in Zimbabwe and Zambia.
Aaron comes from the deep rural area around Karoi? He once told me at college after we had prayed together about why he trust God. He said I trust God because He is the only connection I have given where I come from.
