बीजेपी ने गुरु तेग़ बहादुर जी के नाम को ग़लत तरीक़े से इस्तेमाल किया और गुरु साहब का अपमान किया। उन्होंने एक वीडियो ट्वीट किया जिसमे गुरु साहब के बारे में दो झूठ कहे है:

झूठ No.1: यह वीडियो गुरु तेग़ बहादुर जी की शहीदी के 350 साल की चर्चा समाप्त होने के बाद का है, जब एलजी के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा शुरू थी।

झूठ No.2: वीडियो में मैंने बीजेपी के प्रदूषण की चर्चा से बचने और उनके विधान सभा में आवारा कुत्तों के मुद्दे पर हुए प्रोटेस्ट के बारे में कहा है “तो आप कराइये ना चर्चा, क्यों सुबह से भाग रहें हैं? कह रहें हैं, कुत्तों का सम्मान करो! कुत्तों का सम्मान करो! अध्यक्ष महोदय इस पर आप चर्चा कराइए।” लेकिन बीजेपी ने झूठा सब-टाइटल लगा कर गुरु तेग़ बहादुर जी का नाम उसमें डाला।

बीजेपी को सिखों से ऐसी क्या नफ़रत कि वो गुरु तेग़ बहादुर जी का नाम झूठे तरीक़े से घसीट रहे हैं?

मैं एक ऐसे परिवार से हूँ जहाँ पीढ़ियों से परिवार का सबसे बड़ा बेटा सिख धर्म अपनाता आया है। समाज की रक्षा करने के लिए अपनाता है। मैं अपनी जान दे सकती हूँ लेकिन गुरु साहब का अपमान नहीं कर सकती।

गुरु तेग़ बहादुर जी ने दूसरे धर्म के लोगों की रक्षा करने के लिए अपनी जान की कुर्बानी दे दी। और बीजेपी अपनी टुच्ची राजनीति के लिए उनके नाम का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं? शर्म आनी चाहिए उन्हें ।
