The current 30% affordable hsing quota just transfers some of the cost to the M40. The Developers and the State level GLCs which "own" the land are not the ones involved in the cross-subsidy. Their profits remain intact.
We need nonprofit housing boards in every State.

The land they have been on for 60+ years was alienated to PKNP which sold it to a private company. This company now trying to evict the villagers.
Will this misuse of State power (alienation of land to PKNP) ever stop?
