@LivpureSmart Dear all, whoever is facing the issue please bring this to Sachin Tendulkar notice as he is branding Livepure. Hope @sachin_rt ji can pass this message to Livepure. I placed a new RO request and immediately I got 2 calls, whereas Service requests for 3 weeks are pending.

@LivpureSmart 3 weeks. RO not working multiple Service calls places. I got a response that you are short of people so delays so far no response. To test, today I placed a new ROrequest and immediately 2 calls from Sales team. When I asked them about after sales service no response @sachin_rt
