Can the Election Commision of India as a follow up of voting promotion campaigns, also
consider researching reasons for voters on the list, who did not cast their vote?

Whether they are real voters?
If prevented? Was their residence shifted?

Whether votes were found deleted? Or any other reason?

It’s a valuable insight analysis to help improve voting participation for future elections, to ensure optimum participation and use of the expensive and valuable adm resources and energy.

When we aggressively promote voting why not now assess why low voting?

Why was the duty/ right not exercised?
What is that can be done more/ better by the Commision and Govts? And Others.

The Commision can allocate this as project to Central/ State Universities thru their State Election Commissioners and ask them to submit their reports to @ECISVEEP as part of their social responsibility. ( no costs, but a Univ Academic Project )

Be time bound and Univ teams which conduct this study be duly recognised by the Commision for performance of a national duty. ( as extension of successful work done already)

Undoubtedly many will come forth.
We need to know reasons as learnings for future.

Elections are very expensive. Why underutilisation?
And allow waste of tax payers money…
