रिश्ते

रिश्तों को लेकर बहुत कठोर मापदंड मत बनाइए। सामने वाले को एक-एक चीज़ पर परखिये मत। हो सकता है कोई दोस्त बहुत बौद्धिक हो मगर तारीफ करना न जानता हो। हो सकता है कोई ईर्ष्या करता है मगर सबसे सही सलाह भी वही देता हो। सामने वाली एक-एक प्रतिक्रिया पर उसे स्कोर मत दीजिए। उसके हर रिएक्शन पर उसका रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार मत कीजिए।

संभव है कि जब वो आपकी किसी खुशी पर बहुत खुश न हुआ तब वो खुद किसी गहरे दुख से गुज़र रहा हो। आप ये सोचकर नाराज़ हो गए कि वो इतना खुश क्यों नहीं हुआ और उसने ये सोचकर अपना दुख बयां नहीं किया कि आपकी खुशी में भंग न पड़ जाए। वो दुखी हो कर आपकी खातिर खुश होने का अभिनय कर रहा है और आप इस बात पर नाराज़ हो गए कि आपकी इतनी बड़ी खुशी में भी वो सिर्फ खुश होने का अभिनय कर रहा है।

इंसान सामान भी खरीदता है तो चीज़ बहुत अच्छी लगने पर उसकी कुछ कमियों से समझौता कर लेता है। मोबाइल का कैमरा अच्छा है तो उसे खरीद लिया ये जानते हुए कि उसकी बैटरी वीक है। टी शर्ट के बाजू पर कंपनी का लोगो पसंद नहीं आया मगर टी शर्ट का Colour पसंद है, तो बाजू पर बने लोगो को इग्नोर कर दिया। मगर हम इंसानों के साथ ऐसा कोई समझौता नहीं करते। कपड़ों की तरह उन्हें कोई रियायत नहीं देते। वो इंसान जो किसी कंप्यूटर प्रोग्राम से नहीं, भावनाओं से चलता है। वो इंसान जो कमज़ोर है। आत्म संशय से घिरा है। उस इंसान को हम किसी संदेह का लाभ नहीं देना चाहते। सारी माफियां खुद के लिए बचाकर रखते हैं।

छोटी-छोटी बातें बुरा लगने पर सालों पुराने रिश्तों में पीछे हट जाते हैं। बातचीत बंद कर लेते हैं और खुद ही खुद को अकेला करते जाते हैं। कुछ वक्त बाद नाराज़गी पिघल कर हवा हो जाती है। सामने वाले के साथ गुज़ारा वक्त याद आने लगता है। खाली वक्त में उसे मिस भी करते हैं। मगर उससे बात करने की पहल नहीं कर पाते। अकेलापन आज दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी बीमारी है। डिप्रेशन सबसे बड़ा रोग है और ये रोग हमने खुद अर्जित किया हैं, क्योंकि हम लोगों को तब तक पास नहीं करते जब तक कि वो रिश्तों में दस बटा दस नंबर न ले आएं।
