I raised complain within 5 mins but still they had not done anything and charging me dues and penalties, now sending legal mails. Only way is to move cyber cell and court

@MobiKwikSWAT The fraud transactions were done against paying electricity bills why you people are not tracking that rather of asking me to pay the dues which I reported as frauds within 10 minutes of the transactions. These all acts seems that you are supporting frauds #boycottmobikwik

I only got a mail on 19th from ur side after six days of the complain and sorry to say that mail only support the fraud. Rather of finding the culprits you are only harassing me by sending daily message regarding the dues and adding the penalties.

Sorry ,very very pathetic from ur side, you asked to dm all the details, I did that on 6th sep but till now no ans & more interesting is that u r adding penalty on the transactions which were not done by me. Upasana ma'am pls look into it.

No response on my complain. Some fraud transactions were done through my zip wallet on 12/08/2023 at 9.08pm & 9.09 pm. lodged a complaint through my wallet and mail the tickets are 8062384 and 8062658 within 10 minutes of the fraud done.
