Actually #MahaKumbh is testimony to self-organising discipline of Indians. The administrative-vyavastha by Yogi govt is far overrated. It is the simplicity and moral behaviour of the ordinary Indian that leads to 500Million people landing at a site of 4000 Hectares in 40 days, without a crisis.
