He didn’t even attempt to connect the water inlet or outlet hose or explain the basic operation of the machine.

Following my earlier complaint regarding the installation of my Samsung 9kg Washing Machine purchased from Flipkart.
Today a technician from Samsung finally visited, but the experience was again disappointing. He only checked whether the machine turns on and left immediately.
I raised a request, the authorised person called but never came. It's been 1 week and the washing machine is still lying idle. Pathetic coordination between Flipkart, Jeeves and Samsung. @flipkartsupport@SamsungIndia
Bought a Samsung 9kg Washing Machine on Flipkart. Delivered on 08.03.2026 and installation scheduled for 09.03.2026.A Jeeves technician came and simply said we must place the machine ourselves and asked us to call Samsung customer care for installation.
After escalating the issue, I am now informed that the cancellation process has been re-initiated from today, and the refund will take another 5–8 working days.This kind of delay and poor handling of a simple cancellation and refund is extremely disappointing. @policybazaar
I requested cancellation of my health insurance policy on 08.03.2026 through Policybazaar. The cancellation was initiated on 09.03.2026, but till yesterday the refund was not credited to my account. @policybazaar
