I didn’t know having a daughter would feel like getting to meet a smaller, braver, funnier version of myself, someone who carries my weird quirks like treasures instead of flaws.

I love how she brings me rocks, leaves, sticks, bugs & sun warmed flowers. She proves to me every single day that the world is full of magic. And I love to buy her stickers & little trinkets because she receives them with this pure, delighted reverence that reminds me what it felt like to be small & easily enchanted.

I absolutely adore the sweet way she mirrors me with her own unique wild edges. She laughs at what I laugh at & she understands the parts of me I used to hide. I love her oddities with the same tenderness she gives mine.

She is my tiny best friend & my favorite companion in this strange & beautiful life. I feel so fortunate to love her & be loved back in this simple, generous way.

Deepinder Goel bought out Albinder Dhindsa's Blinkit and tried to fire Albinder many times, but Albinder had the last laugh, after firing his founder, CEO and boss Deepinder.

Both went to IIT Delhi, but while Albinder studied an actual engineering branch (civil), Deepinder was a non-engineer who settled for an MSc in mathematics.

This shows that an IITian with a real engineering degree will always trump over a non-engineer from the same IIT, even though both have cleared the IITJEE. Civil engineers are the real builders, whether they build e-commerce or buildings.

Deepinder Goyal may be an IITian but he is not an engineer by training. He studied math and computing in IIT Delhi and has an MSc.

His recent meltdown shows why an engineering education is important to be a humane capitalist like NRN or Mukesh Ambani.

IIT brand is useless unless you studied engineering.
