@amazonIN @JeffBezos @jagograhakjago Amazon is charging ₹5 as Marketplace fees. When they ship a wrong product and we return it, they are not refunding the full amount with the fees. This is cheating and fraud for customers

@SamsungIndia tv worth 160000 gone bad within warranty period. Samsung is unable to provide parts or replacement tv. Proving refund of only 160000. Now the same tv is over 200000. Who will pay the difference?

Never buy @SamsungIndia products. Worst customer service. Agents never answer the calls for follow up. Samsung never has parts for products just 1 year old and not offering replacement tv. Offering coupons to buy another samsung tv and not any other brand
