Political unrest and regime change in all South Asian countries one after another Sri Lanka - Pakistan - Myanmar - Bangladesh and now Nepal. Clearly a motivated, planned and a conspired one. Not a geopolitical expert, but it's evident that it can't be that utter coincidence.

@drsunita02 Just got my report. My HBA1C is 7.6 in Oct compared to 13 in Feb 2024. Is this a good improvement or just an average one?
