For the first time in #𝐁𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐫, Mahagathbandhan Govt has introduced 𝐁𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐓 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 which is really a great news for Students, youth, entrepreneurs, industrialists & everyone who wants to see 𝐈𝐓 sector’s growth in Bihar, creating jobs, providing newer opportunities, opening avenues in 𝐈𝐓𝐞𝐒 and encouraging investment.

Under the new 𝐈𝐓 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲, our government will provide 𝟑𝟎% of the capital invested as subsidy to the companies, investors and employment providers working in the 𝐈𝐓 sector on investment of ₹𝟓 to 𝟑𝟎 crores.

On opening a company in Bihar, the govt will also give 𝟓𝟎% lease rental subsidy i.e. payment of rent and 𝟐𝟓% of the company's electricity expenses.

The government will also provide an employment generation subsidy of maximum amount of ₹𝟓𝟎𝟎𝟎/ per worker, per month, for 5 years, in the 𝐄𝐒𝐈/𝐄𝐏𝐅 account of the employees of the employer companies.

Provision of 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 on investment of more than 𝟏𝟎𝟎 crore or generating minimum 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 direct employment. #TejashwiYadav

Dearest Railway Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw ji,

I am asking repeatedly again & again.

This is very very important & needs immediate attention.

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?

Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.

Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge. This is so unfair.

If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार पड़ोसियों या निजी दुश्मनी के कारण किसी व्यक्ति पर झूठा FIR दर्ज करवा दिया जाता है। सिर्फ FIR दर्ज होने भर से उस व्यक्ति को चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र नहीं मिलता, जिससे वह सरकारी नौकरी या अन्य अवसरों से वंचित हो जाता है।

उन्होंने तर्क दिया कि केवल FIR के आधार पर किसी का भविष्य खराब नहीं होना चाहिए। मामला अदालत में जाए, सुनवाई हो, और यदि व्यक्ति दोषी साबित हो तभी उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई या नौकरी से वंचित करने का निर्णय लिया जाए।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने पुलिस सुधार (Police Reforms) की आवश्यकता पर भी जोर दिया, ताकि निर्दोष लोगों को अनावश्यक रूप से परेशान न होना पड़े और न्याय की प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी एवं निष्पक्ष बने।
