Rahul Gandhi, you carry a copy of the Constitution and preach sermons. You claim your politics is about ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukaan’. You talk about free speech. But your government in Telangana is acting in exactly the opposite manner.

Telangana police broke open the doors and barged into the home of our party leader @Krishank_BRS, arrested him over a mere social media post criticising the government.

Krishank���s daughter was left crying inconsolably as police personnel created chaos.

Despite clear orders from the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High court against making arrests over social media posts, your Revanth government in Telangana is murdering democracy and flouting all democratic principles.

Is questioning the Congress government a sin?

Is criticising the ruling dispensation a crime?

Is this the way to arrest an opposition party leader by terrifying his family members?

చట్టం తన పని తాను చేసుకుపోతుంది అనడానికి హైకో���్టు ఇచ్చిన ఈ తాజా ఆదేశాలే నిదర్శనం.

ప్రజల బ్యాంకుల ఖాతాలనుండి బలవంతపు ఆటో డెబిట్ వసూళ్లకు పాల్పడతామంటే న్యాయస్థానం చూస్తూ ఊరుకోదు.
కోర్టు ఆదేశాల్లోని ముఖ్యాంశాలు:

• బలవంతం వద్దు: పెండింగ్ చలానాల పేరుతో వాహనదారులను వేధించవద్దు.
• కీలు లాక్కోవడం నిషిద్ధం: చలానా కట్టలేదని బైక్ కీలు లాక్కోవడం, వాహనాలను అడ్డుకోవడం చట్టవిరుద్ధం.
• స్వచ్ఛందం మాత్రమే: వాహనదారుడు తనంతట తానుగా చెల్లిస్తేనే వసూలు చేయాలి.
• చట్టపరమైన నోటీసులు: ఎవరైనా చెల్లించడానికి నిరాకరిస్తే, చట్టప్రకారం వారికి కోర్టు నోటీసులు పంపాలి తప్ప, రోడ్లపై దౌర్జన్యం చేయకూడదు.

మీరు ప్రతిపాదించిన 'ఆటో డెబిట్ సిస్టమ్' (బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల నుండి నేరుగా డబ్బులు క���్ చేయడం) అనేది ప్రాథమిక హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనే అవుతుంది. ఈ విషయంలో నేను ముందే హెచ్చరించాను:
1. న్యాయ సమీక్షలో నిలబడదు: చట్టబద్ధత లేని ఇటువంటి నిర్ణయాలు కోర్టు మెట్లెక్కగానే వీగిపోతాయని ఈనాటి తీర్పుతో స్పష్టమైంది.

2.ప్రజా వ్యతిరేకత: సామాన్యుడి జేబుకు చిల్లు పెట్టేలా బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్లలో వేలు పెట్టడం ఏ ప్రజాస్వామ్య ప్రభుత్వానికీ తగదు, ప్రస్తుత చట్టాలు, భారత రాజ్యాంగం ఒప్పుకోదు.

3.తొందరపాటు చర్యలు: క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఉన్న సాధ్య,అసాధ్యాలు, సాధకబాధకాలను ఆలోచించకుండా, కేవలం ఆదాయం కోసమే ఇలాంటి 'బేస్‌లెస్' ప్రకటనలు చేయడం మీ హోదాకు తగదు.

"ముందుచూపు లేని తొందరపాటు మాటలు.. ముప్పు తెచ్చిపెడతాయి” చట్టం ముందు అందరూ సమానులే అనే విషయాన్ని మర్చిపోకండి.

Dear Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji,
While you speak of Jai Samvidhaan and constitutional morality in Delhi, in Telangana your Chief Minister, Shri Revanth Reddy, is turning the Assembly before the very eyes of the House into a verbal slaughterhouse, hurling abuses such as “Badwe” at the Opposition and desecrating the sanctity of the temple of democracy.

Is threatening elected Opposition leaders with butcher’s language like “I will skin you” and “I will hang your intestines around my neck”, and using vulgar, abusive words against a former Chief Minister in front of school children, the “Mohabbat Ki Dukaan” you promised the nation?

By gully-ising governance and trampling upon constitutional values, is this what the Congress Party’s ideology has come to represent in Telangana?

If you do not intervene even now and put an immediate end to this lawless conduct, the people of Telangana will most certainly deliver a fitting reply to the Congress Party.
