With full payment of sleeper seat and full night I adjusted with improper seater because of #Abhibus and now you are only refunding 40%.

I booked a bus ticket, but my seat was already occupied by another passenger. Shockingly, the same seat number was also allotted to other. This is completely unacceptable mismanagement.

Toilet is very dirty, Train just arrived at Hatia Railway station Jharkhand
Toilet is in very bad not in use smells and cleaning required.
Railway charges is high but service is very poor
