ये 4 चीज़े करके देखें Trading में पहले से बेहतरीन Results आपको देखने को मिलेंगे-

1️⃣ दिन की शुरुवात Positive Affirmation के साथ करें क्योंकि कई बार हमारे Skills से ज़्यादा जरूरी होता है हमारा खुद को Positive बनाये रखना,क्योंकि जब आपकी Trades गलत होती हैं तब आपका Skill काम नहीं आता वहाँ खुद को संभालने के लिए Positive Attitude ही काम आता है (यदि Skill ही काम करता तो फिर Stoploss क्यों होता ?? लेकिन Skill के साथ जरूरी है हमारी Will Power जो हमें आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करती है)

2️⃣ TRADING PLAN- हममें से ज्यादातर लोग ऐसे होते हैं जो Market Hrs में ही Trading का Decision लेते हैं किसी की Tips या TV पर चल रहीं सलाहों से लेकिन यह तरीका गलत है यदि आपको The Best करना है तो Trading Hrs शुरू होने से पहले Stocks का Selection करें उनकी एक List तैयार कर लें और जो आपके Zone में आये उसे ही Market Hrs में Execute करें । ऐसे में आपके जो Decision होंगे उनमें Emotions का प्रभाव नहीं होगा और अच्छे से निर्णय कर पायेंगे ।

3️⃣ RISK PLAN- हममें से ज्यादातर लोग ऐसे होते हैं कि यदि उनके Trading Account में 1 लाख रुपये हैं तो वो कोई भी Stocks की उतनी Qty खरीद लेते हैं जितने उनके Trading Account में पैसे होते हैं जबकि यह तरीका बिल्कुल ही ग़लत है । जैसे कितने बजे जागना है उसके लिए जरूरी है कि कितने बजे सोना है वैसे ही कितने कमाओगे उससे ज्यादा ये पता होना चाहिए कि कितने एक Trade में गवाओगे ?

तो अब से ये याद रखें कितनी Qty लेना है और कितनी Risk रखना है तो चीज़े बेहतर होंगी ।

4️⃣ TRADING GOALS- बहुत सारे लोग रातों-रात Trading से अमीर बनना चाहते हैं लेकिन ऐसा होता है ?? नहीं न..

बचपन में खाना खाते समय अपनी माँ से जरूर सुना होगा कि बेटा रोटी तोड़-तोड़कर खाओ एक साथ खाओगे तो गले में निवाला फस जाएगा ठीक ऐसे ही Trading में एक दिन में अमीर बनने की सोच रखेंगे तो यकीन Market आपको बाहर का रास्ता दिखा देगा ।

उदाहरण के लिये यदि आपका Target 12 लाख रुपये कमाने का है Yearly तो उसको पहले Month में Break करो मतलब 1 लाख रुपये Per Month अब Month को Week में Break करो मतलब 25,000 Per Week अब Week को Days में मतलब 5k Per Day यदि पूरी Risk Management के साथ चले तो छोटे-छोटे लक्ष्य के साथ बड़े लक्ष्य को पाया जा सकता है । (#Note- ये सिर्फ उदाहरण था जितनी आसानी से लिखा है उतना आसान भी नहीं होगा)

यदि आप इन चारों चीज़ों को 100 दिन करते हैं तो आपकी Trading Journey पहले से बेहतर होगी यही मेरा अनुभव कहता है ।

1] When to use ?

I focus more around important reference levels only like,

Previous day high/low
weekly high/low
Pivot levels
Fibonacci levels
Support / Resistance and etc....

One concept mentioned in the charts is Instant reversal. When price is ready to TRAP and reverse around important reference levels - More faster/instant the reversal better the success rate.

Timeframe i focus,

5/15 min for intraday , 30 min/hr/daily for swing and positional with candle confirmation.

2] Chart 1 :

Used simple First 15 min high as a reference level to capture morning movement.

Price crossing the 15 min high but giving a instant reversal with a clear bearish rejection candle. Here my goal is to focus on TRAP / Reversal around reference level + candle confirmation in next 1 or 2 candle for faster movement.

Refer the written in the chart 1 for better understanding.

Special trick - If TRAP/Reversal is in favour of current market TREND means it can increase the success rate of the price moving in our favour.

3] Chart 2:

Here Previous DAY LOW. It very obvious sellers can become more stronger below previous day low, weekly low.

Here price rather than trading below previous day low price is immediately reversing leads to a chance of INSTANT Reversal move.

Refer the written in the chart 2 for better understanding.

4] Chart 3 :

I have selected slight bigger timeframe 30 minutes

Swing High:

BIGGER Timeframe - Generally gives bigger move but waiting period is more as the opportunity are less.

But it can be worth WAITING for the price , candle to match.

Chart 4 kind of same reference level as chart 2.
