Everything I extolled about @googlefi previously is now false. They've held a debit of over 1000 dollars for the last 9 days for a defective phone replacement I was confirmed would ship 5 days ago. No updates, no attempt to communicate on their end. Don't switch.
@googlefi service is still horrible. 2nd pixel3xl needs replaced, you send me an email with a delivery date, it doesn't arrive, support says it hasn't even been processed. 3 years on fi and I'm close to going to att. This is outrageous.
@googlefi I'm a customer for three years and just now spent 1hr 12mins on hold for an RA request only to be forwarded the wrong email to get my new pixel3 fixed. Very poor handling. Convince me moving from iPhone wasn't a mistake.
