@FanCode That's the mode of contact I had tried and got those horrible response from one of your agents named Boby. He was one of the most least interested agent I've ever encountered on any chat support. Zero knowledge, zero customer service skills.
@FanCode you say you have agents on chat to help but all they do is send an auto response. You type of ask anything, they won't give you direct answers and later get irritated and leave the chat. And then a series of auto responses start.
@Crompton_India and now after 1000s of unanswered calls to both service center incharge and service engineer, I get an sms stating service request is closed as resolved. At my end, neither did I get any callback nor has the item given for repair returned. Wao!!!

@Crompton_India Inspite of multiple calls and emails no one is providing me any update on the service request. Service incharge Anil Kumar doesn't pick my calls at all. He just doesn't pick the call and later switch it off. I need my fan back. SR# 2503073991/01

Reporting a fraud. Service engineer +919164742202 comes, picks my fan for repair and never comes back. His and his service centers number 7619442426 becomes invalid. Morning got sms saying request resolved.
@Truww_ind This interior designer company has one of the worst designers I've ever come across. Not once but twice they've made blunders which are hard to explain. They just go by their bookish knowledge but onground expertise is zero. Never ever ever work with them π‘π‘π‘.
