Worst experience with @DRSAgarwal platform. Took almost 1 month to deliver my item to Bangalore. damaged my trolley by cutting it with blade near to zip. clothes & items were stolen too. No response on complaint & calls not answered. Don’t book with them.

@kunal103601@RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw Something is very wrong with @IRCTCofficial website and app at 10 am and 11 am for 5 to 10 minutes. It keep showing connection issue even if everything works fine. I tried both AC as well as SL ticket but didn’t get it. See the screenshot below.
@IRCTCofficial Every other site is working correctly only irctc is causing issue. I posted this tweet at the same time from same network which i used to login into irctc app. Its the app and irctc issue. Should not blame on device and ISP.
@RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw The IRCTC app consistently crashes or shows "Connection Error" exactly during the Tatkal window. It’s impossible for common passengers to book, yet agents seem to have no issues. Please look into this technical bottleneck and ensure transparency
