@LondonDLR Sol. That response is simply unacceptable. There needs to be better contingency planning in place. We can understand if this is one-off but it’s been happening for over a month now. Surely TFL will not accept passengers paying half fares for half the service? @SadiqKhan FYI

@LondonDLR any reason why all but one entrances at the Woolwich Arsenal DLR station are closed? This has now become a daily occurrence and is causing overcrowding on the stairs leading to the platform. Today, the escalators going down were closed as well. Unacceptable guys!

@jubileeline delays from Canary Wharf and overcrowding on the platforms. Canary Wharf is a mess at this point.
