@nxcare I had to book another ticket for my wife for 2230 coach, as previous flexible ticket time had elapsed. The next driver was very good. But such pain, agony and financial loss caused by your driver is totally unacceptable. Anyways, I have lodged a complaint with you too (2/2)

@nxcare Thanks @MattSam2329. There is a difference between couldn't and won't ( which driver said). It was my wife a long term illness disability patient, who was spoken rudely to and some other comments being made too. Ultimately because of your website error and driver's rudeness (1/2)
