@Md_Nowsath_ Still there is another reply. It is a Hindu Temple which sets the regilious flag at the top of the temple. The PM hoists the flag at the temple, that's why it is Saffron flag.

Now please answer a simple question. Do you hoist National flag at the mosque or a green flag is used?
