@abcapital I took a loan from Aditya Birla Capital and unfortunately lost my business due to financial difficulties. Instead of being offered support or a resolution, recovery agents Mr. Arif Mastan and Mr. Prashant Wahvle allegedly called my father and threatened that police would be sent to our home for EMI recovery. They also allegedly stated that they would “destroy my life” and ensure I would never get a job in the future.
I request Aditya Birla Capital to investigate this matter immediately. Recovery practices should be respectful and compliant with RBI guidelines. No borrower or their family should be subjected to threats, intimidation, or harassment.

His payout date was 3rd March
He has made 300+$ for the payout and was not trading for the past 7-10 days to secure a payout . But then the pipstone team identified a 15 days old rule breach which was during phase 1 , and now they hard breached him

Its been 1 month above now i made the payment via @CRED_club and @ICICIBank_Care didn’t receive they already close this ticket by saying ask bank to check it on npci portal now again raised a new ticket the same loop is going. @RBI
