@CitImmCanada Hello would it be possible to process biometrics on arrival for spouse cases atleast! We got married this year and my wife @Enc2016Monika is stuck in India at the biometrics stage even when is qualifies for exempt criteria.

For the 2nd point, as per the 1st sentence in screenshot of the info letter from IRCC pasted above 'we cannot process your request as you have not provided sufficient evidence'.

I am trying to understand what evidence will suffice for your consideration.

@CitImmCanada My wife @Enc2016Monika has applied for TRV after we got married this year. Based on the covid -19 travel restrictions exempt criteria we requested for the exemption. But it was refused. We are ready to provide any specific document, if missing.
