My AMEX cards are not working. No transactions are going through. Neither for gift cards nor for purchases. Not even on amex shopwise. My brother is also facing the same issue. Amex customer support says everything is fine at their end. Anyone else facing same issue?

#kalyanjewellers never fail to disappoint their customers. Booked a gold coin last month on 5th of Feb, even after a month, NIT Faridabad Showroom isn't able to fulfill the order. Every time I call they have the same rant, sir you'll get it next week. Worst customer service ever.

1. They'll not let you redeem the complete amount in gold coins as they promised in the scheme because gold coins are out of stock. They'll not let you book a coin at that day's rate as it's not in their scheme. So you are stuck with the only option of purchasing jewellery.

Today I redeemed and closed my Kalyan Sowbhagya priority scheme. It was a nightmare. Hated every minute sitting there and arguing with the kalyan jewellers staff. In simple words it's a scam and nothing else.
