The bigger issue is street side parking due to paucity of parking space esp in places like the suburbs, just makes the case for cluster redevelopment more required. 9 feet roads all across bandra khar santacruz filled with double side car parkings. I feel that smaller plots will need to be mandated to go into cluster with adjoining plots to get extra benefits else we are getting into a disaster with the number of cars being rolled out and being bought due to easy affordability.

Kindly look at north bound station exits at Vakola (Santacruz East) - terrible exit points , dirty filth near stations exits(big dirty bins lying near both north bound exits, coupled with unplanned exits (complete darkness in the evenings. Whilst planning station exits of such a high magnitude project at least try to make the exit points much better and cleaner.
