She is Keyaa Banerji !!
> She looks like the main character from an anime.
> She lifted 140 kg at the IPF World Championships and won a junior silver medal.
> She is making our country proud, while some losers are still bringing caste and state politics into this
> Some credit “Brahmin genes” others “Bengali genes” — turning a proud moment into unnecessary division.
End of an era. Tim Cook stepped down as Apple CEO. Today John Ternus takes over.
Here's the pattern nobody is talking about.
Apple doesn't pick CEOs. It picks weapons for the next war.
Late 1990s. Apple was dying. It brought back Steve Jobs. A product visionary who saved the company by building things people didn't know they needed.
Apple had the best products but needed global scale.
It picked Tim Cook. An operations guy who turned it into a $5 trillion supply chain machine. $350 billion to $5 trillion on his watch. First company to cross $1T, $2T, $3T.
Apple has the best devices on earth and the weakest AI narrative in big tech.
So it picked an engineer.
John Ternus. 25 years at Apple.
He led the shift to Apple Silicon. Killed Intel. Shipped the M1. Hardware lead on every iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Vision Pro of the last decade.
The same week he becomes CEO, OpenAI and Anthropic are buying tens of thousands of his Mac minis to train AI agents. Apple hardware became critical AI infrastructure without Apple building a single AI model.
The AI war won't be won by chatbots. It'll be won on the chips AI runs on.
Ternus built those chips.
Tim Cook's last words as CEO: "My title changes tomorrow, but the love I have for the Apple community never will."
The hardest shoes in tech were handed to the quietest engineer in the room.
🚨 In 2014, a Stanford lecture explained business competition better than most 2-year MBAs ever could.
Almost no one talks about it.
It came from Peter Thiel and instead of repeating textbook ideas, he flipped how we think about competition.
Watching it changes your perspective instantly.
He argues that competition is for losers. When you’re competing, you’re fighting for margins, attention, and survival. The real goal isn’t to win in a crowded market it’s to build something so unique that you don’t have to compete at all.
He also breaks down why monopolies drive real value. The best companies don’t play the same game they create their own. That’s where long-term profits and dominance come from.
And the biggest shift? Stop asking “how do I beat others?”
Start asking “what can I build that no one else can?”
That’s why this Stanford University lecture still stands out.
Because while most people are chasing competition…
Very few are building something truly different.
INSTEAD OF WATCHING A MOVIE TONIGHT.
Spend 2 hours and 26 minutes watching this.
My 30 years of business knowledge that teaches you how to build ANY business.
The people who watch this tonight will wake up tomorrow with more business knowledge than 99% of #business owners.
The people who skip it will still be watching films next year wondering why nothing in their life has changed.

The key to being fearless is to have nothing to lose. And the only way to have nothing to lose is to realize nothing in this world belonged to you to begin with.
