मेरठ में ललिता हत्याकांड प्रकरण से जुड़े दिग्विजय भाटी एवं मोहित जाटव ने आरोप लगाया है कि SSP अविनाश पांडेय और इंस्पेक्टर अखिलेश गौड़ ने उन्हें बर्बरता से पीटा।

गुर्जर समाज के नेता दिग्विजय भाटी की आंख पर भारी सूजन है। हाथों, पैरों एवं पूरे शरीर पर चोट के निशान पड़े हुए हैं। उनका आरोप है कि उनका गुनाह बस इतना था कि उन्होंने ललिता गौतम हत्याकांड मामले में पीड़िता के लिए न्याय की आवाज उठाई थी। इसी सिलसिले में वे SSP मेरठ से मिलने गए थे।

दिग्विजय भाटी ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि SSP पांडेय ने अपने चैंबर में उन्हें गालियां दीं और करीब डेढ़ घंटे तक जूतों, लात-घूंसों से पीटा। इसके बाद दोनों को SOG के हवाले कर दिया गया, जहां इंस्पेक्टर अखिलेश गौड़ ने उन्हें पैर से बांधकर उल्टा लटकाया और तलवों, कमर तथा पीठ पर फट्टों और लाठियों से पिटाई की। दिग्विजय भाटी का पूरा शरीर सूजा हुआ है।

पिछले महीने 8 जुलाई को जब यह घटना हुई थी, तभी मैंने गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी के नाम एक पत्र लिखा था कि इस सनकी पुलिस अधीक्षक पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए, लेकिन न तो योगी सरकार ने इस पर संज्ञान लिया और न ही मोदी सरकार ने। लिहाजा, नतीजा आपके सामने है।

सरकार एवं प्रशासन से हमारी मांग है कि मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराई जाए और SSP अविनाश पांडेय एवं अन्य पुलिसकर्मियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।

पीड़ितों का आरोप है कि तत्कालीन SSP अविनाश पांडेय ने दोनों को अपने कार्यालय बुलाकर गालियां दीं और चैंबर बंद कर उनके साथ मारपीट की। इसके बाद SOG के हवाले कर उन्हें पैर बांधकर उल्टा लटकाने और फट्टों-लाठियों से बेरहमी से पीटने का भी आरोप है।

मुख्यमंत्री @myogiadityanath जी, यह पुलिसिंग नहीं, बल्कि वर्दी की ताकत का खुला दुरुपयोग और हिरासत में यातना है। किसी भी अधिकारी को कानून अपने हाथ में लेने का अधिकार नहीं है।

@UPGovt तत्काल CCTV फुटेज सुरक्षित कराए, पीड़ितों का स्वतंत्र मेडिकल परीक्षण कराए और आरोपों की निष्पक्ष जांच सुनिश्चित करे। दोषी पाए जाने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई हो।

वर्दी कानून से बड़ी नहीं है और आम नागरिकों की आवाज को पुलिसिया ताकत के बल पर दबाना किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।

Look at the mentality of every single one of them. Schools are falling apart? No issue. Basic facilities missing? No issue. Toilets are in a disgusting, broken state? No issue. Teachers are missing? Still no issue. Children studying without proper classrooms, desks or basic infrastructure? Apparently, none of that bothers them.

Their ONLY problem is.. Who authorised Abhijeet to enter these schools, inspect the conditions, put a camera on them and expose the reality? How dare he show people what is actually happening.

This is what a rotten mentality of political servility looks like. They don't care about the children or the state of education. They care about shielding their beloved government from embarrassment.

🚨Friends, Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra’s Bar Council of India spent 14 CRORES on meetings and conferences in just one year.

Today, he had to withdraw a portion of his outrageous order on NALSAR students within 1 hour. So where and how is this 14 crores being spent?

12 crores was also spent on travel and accommodation.

But what has been the result? If Mr. Mishra is capable of issuing such a draconian order against young students, then what welfare has he been doing for young lawyers and law schools? He’s been in the position since 2012 and will be till 2030.
