The same BSNL Revenue Account pays both Regular Employees and Officers on Deemed Deputation. Yet one group receives full 7th CPC benefits while Regular BSNL Executives are denied even legitimate HR entitlements citing affordability.
There cannot be two yardsticks in one company.
