First you give poor service. Then your AC does not function when plane is loading, even though you charge abnormal fares. What is wrong with you @KLM ? I politely asked for water and your old aged airhotess did not gave to be arrogant about it. Need younger team & better training

Flying @Delta DL 135 also called KL6051 , AMS to DTW. It is truly a nice experience. Nichloas has taken really good care. I wish most cabin crew are like him. He was very warm welcoming and helpful all the time. Cheers to such crew members.
