@GingerAaron More efficient assessments. I felt prepared for a lot of things going into my career but I still struggle with testing. It takes me a long time and I feel like I could do it better ways
@GingerAaron And we give warnings for what’s to come if they choose to come back to the activity and not change their behavior. Kind of like: “When we see you doing ____ your next stop is an email home” (End of comments 😂)
@GingerAaron First is a verbal warning, then corner 1, then corner 2 for a workout and we email home, then corner 3 for a reflection sheet and they call home, then corner 4 principal visit. Once we implemented these a lot of the behaviors stopped. We only had to call home maybe 5 times.
@GingerAaron I don’t sleep. 🤣🤣 kind of kidding! I attempt to make a list of what needs to be done and then prioritize it from there. If my brain is overwhelmed, I work to get the smaller stuff done first so I fell like I’m accomplishing things.
@GingerAaron Half of it would be used to set up for our first class. The whole school sits in our only gym for a morning meeting and our first class starts 5 mins after school starts. Set up doesn’t happen, pulling equipment out is the only thing that happens in those 5 min. 🤪
