@CitImmCanada I submitted visa file on June 25th for Fall 2020 intake. Then I deferred the application to winter 2021 intake. I sent updated LOA to IRCC on July 16th. Surprisingly, I received AIP today (September 3rd). Is this AIP valid for the winter 2021 intake?

@kunj08_k A deferral in start-date is between you and your DLI. It shouldn’t affect your study permit application, though if you defer your start-date by 150 days or more, you’ll need to send us a new acceptance letter from your DLI.
