🚨 BREAKING SUPREME COURT OF INDIA SCRUTINISES CBSE ON-SCREEN MARKING (OSM) SYSTEM 🚨

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has raised serious concerns over the alleged irregularities in the CBSE On Screen Marking (OSM) evaluation process, observing:
"Look at the amount of frustration of young children"

The Bench clarified that it is not against digital evaluation, but wants transparency, accountability and fairness in its implementation.

The Court has sought responses from the Union Government and CBSE regarding corrective measures and the safeguards being adopted to address concerns surrounding the OSM system.

The PIL seeks:
✅ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OSM
✅ Transparent & accountable digital evaluation
✅ Independent oversight mechanism
✅ Appropriate relief for students allegedly affected by evaluation discrepancies

A transparent SOP can strengthen trust in digital assessment and protect the future of millions of students.
