Thankfully, she can speak for herself since she made the post herself. Will see what reasons she will offer. I assume she doesn’t have any evidence that the Justices were bribed. So, I assume she’s drawing her inferences from the reasoning of their judgment. So, I will await her reasoning as to which aspects of the court’s reasoning she questions and why. Making this sort of conclusory statements without more is not what I expect from someone of her supposed stature in our polity.

I didn’t hear anything about the forfeiture matter in the SC’s judgment. That issue was raised only in Peter Obi’s appeal. While I agree with the Court of Appeal’s reasoning on that, the SC must still cover that. I assume it is going to be in their written judgment and that it was just an oversight in mentioning it when they delivered the judgment in summary in open court.

I think so. Even when third party vendors are used, those are vendors authorized by the school, so, by “not emanating” that should cover their authorized agents.

In any event for a school that doesn’t keep copies of replacement orders or certificates, they would never be able to say that it never emanated from them especially as it matches the format of certificates they’ve issued in the past.
