Please ask your LHR staff to locate my buggy. It's your fault that you have given me the tag even when insisted before boarding on aircraft, on Air bridge.

@HeathrowAirport it was left in air bridge, aka. PBB on 13-Nov , B-44 gate approx 1pm while boarding AI-128. So, technically it should be with your lost & found section. But, they are saying they don't have it. Who took it then ?

Can you help me locate? tried your lost and found claim but didn't help. You may be confused as wheel chair instead of beach buggy.
