@HSBC_IN I have applied for a HSBC credit card, Done video kyc. It has been more than 10 days still no update from your side. Not expected from international bank like HSBC, not able to connect Customer care, nor any application tracker available on hsbc website.

@AmexBusiness @AmexIndia I closed amex mrcc card, i changed my mind and requested to re-issue card. Amex provided declaration form and I filled, cc called and replied to fill complete address, it has been more than 14 days still no response. Not expected by Amex

And I didn't recieve any mail communication from your end. Ridiculous

I made txn on 1st May around 1:30 Am. I didn't know about changes in policy. Today I called customer care...(1/2)
