I’ve been taking medication for neuralgia lately. Since I started taking it, I’ve been a bit constipated. I’d like to have a regular bowel movement every day.
I had fried Pacific saury for lunch today. It was oily and I couldn’t really taste the saury. If I hadn’t looked at the menu, I probably wouldn’t have realized it was saury.
A typhoon is approaching the Kansai region. It seems that the typhoon would affect big damages with heavy storm and heavy rain. I hope there won’t be any major damage anywhere.
Following the instructions, I microwaved this frozen pasta at 600W for 5 minutes. Even after 5 minutes, it wasn’t fully cooked. Some parts were still frozen. So, I microwaved it for an additional minute twice.
It’s Saturday today, but I was working. When I work on the weekend, I don’t get interrupted, so I can get a lot of work done efficiently. Still, I really should take the weekend off.

When I went to the station, I put my mask in my pocket. Once I arrived at the station, I realized I had dropped it somewhere. Even though I always wear a mask, I ended up getting on the train without one.
After lunch, I took a three-hour nap. No matter how you look at it, that wasn’t just a nap—it was a full-fledged sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed. It’s important to take it easy on days off.
